Frickin Laser Beams in the eyes

After over 30 years of needing glasses I'm getting Lasik surgery to correct my distance vision later today. I'm a little nervous, but not so much to keep me from going through with it. Being able to have normal distance vision without glasses will be so nice. I will need reading glasses and will probably want glasses specifically for computer work to save on strain (stupid old ass eyes) but I'm sure this will be worth it. Plus not needing glasses will mean I can use my VR head set much more comfortably.
